    The Crystal Centre will keep track how many full price orders that are $150 or over that you have purchased over the year.

    Twice a year The Crystal Centre will add up the total amount that you have spent in the last 6 months, and then we will send your voucher to your email where you will be able to redeem your VIP voucher online.

    The amount of your VIP voucher depends on how much you spent for the last 6 months.

    Please Note: for$10 to be added to your total amount at the end of 6 months, the purchases need to be full priced purchases. Purchases that have a sale item, voucher being used (excluding VIP loyalty vouchers) or a gift card being used will not be counted towards your total spend at the end of 6 months. Any refunds that were made with in that 6 months will be deducted from your total as well. When shopping make sure to log into your account before checking out, if you don't the purchase will not be added to your total spend*.
